1. About NOVE HUB

NOVE HUB is a digital platform operated in Uganda that provides a jobs board, a business directory, and a digital products store. By accessing or using NOVE HUB, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Job listings

Employers may post job vacancies subject to review by NOVE HUB. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion. We do not guarantee that any job listing is legitimate beyond our review process. We do not guarantee employment to any job seeker.

Job listings must not request upfront payments from job seekers, must not discriminate unlawfully, and must be for real, existing roles.

4. Business listings

Business owners may list their businesses subject to review. You must have authority to list the business. Listed information must be accurate and not misleading. We may reject or remove any listing that violates these terms or applicable law.

5. Digital products

Digital products sold on NOVE HUB are delivered electronically. Payment is required before access is granted. Products are original works or licensed by the seller (NOVE HUB). Buyers may use purchased templates for personal or business use but may not resell, redistribute, or share them publicly.

6. Payments

Payments are currently collected manually via mobile money. You must use the exact order reference provided. Orders are marked paid only after NOVE HUB verifies receipt of payment. NOVE HUB is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect numbers or without a reference.

7. Featured listings

Featured placements are paid promotions that increase visibility. Featured content is clearly labelled. Featured status does not imply endorsement by NOVE HUB.

8. Prohibited content

You may not use NOVE HUB to publish content that is false, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or that violates any law. Prohibited content includes fake job listings, pyramid schemes, illegal products, and content that infringes copyright.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice. You may close your account at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

NOVE HUB provides a platform connecting users, employers, businesses, and buyers. We are not a party to any agreement between users. We are not liable for losses arising from interactions between users, including employment outcomes or product use.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of NOVE HUB means you accept the updated Terms.
