• To display your listings to other users (job postings, business profiles)
• To process and confirm orders
• To contact you about your account, orders, or submissions
• To prevent fraud and abuse

• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
• We do not share your password (it is stored encrypted).
• We do not share your phone number publicly unless you include it in a business listing.

4. What is public

Some information you submit is visible to others:

• Job listings are public, including any contact details you include.
• Business profiles are public, including name, town, phone, and website if provided.
• Product listings are public.

Do not include information in listings that you do not want publicly visible.

5. Third-party services

NOVE HUB uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — for authentication, database, and file storage.
• Vercel — for hosting and content delivery.
• GitHub — for source code hosting.

These services have their own privacy policies. We choose providers with strong security practices.

6. Data retention

We keep your account and order data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal information. We may keep order records for accounting and legal purposes.
